bullet Private tours of the Chinati Foundation founded by Donald Judd, with its permanent collection of large scale installations featuring Judd, Carl Andre, Ingólfur Arnarsson, John Chamberlain, Dan Flavin, Roni Horn, Ilya Kabakov, Richard Long, Claes Oldenburg & Coosje van Bruggen, David Rabinowitch and John Wesley;

bullet A special look at Donald Judd’s private living and working spaces in Marfa - including studios installed with artwork - by Judd and others - living quarters, ranch and architecture offices, and libraries; and

bullet Artist studio visits, gallery tours and activities to explore the town, led by Marfa insiders, as well as surprise special events planned up until our departure.




This instance of this trip is a private escorted tour prepared expressly for the Atlanta Contemporary Art Center and it's patrons. However, there are 4 additional spots available to the general public.

DETAILS/COST

Package price is $1,675 per person double occupany and includes all hotel accommodations, welcome and farewell events, museum admissions and honoraria for local curatorial hosts, organizations and artists - as well as our special concierge services. Package does not include meals, travel to Texas (flights through El Paso) or donation to the Atlanta Contemporary. Single occupany price is $1,975.
